This short course is a good opportunity for KFUPM graduates to learn some techniques on how to apply data analysis, visualization, and numerical manipulations, using Python programming language.
The analysis, visualization, and manipulation of data collected from various sources; such as network meters, Internet of Things, drones, industrial machines, and other various equipment related to different fields of engineering, has as a purpose to extract and visualize important information for descriptive and predictive analytics.
The purpose of the short course is not to go deep into data analysis but to introduce the students to common tools available under Python and that can help the students develop their knowledge and capacity and prepare for Big Data analysis related to their area of specialization.
